It’s no secret that we need to be thinking about our energy sources, and Exxon shows how their scientists are making a difference in “This is Big.” Two Lost Planet editors lent their skills to the project with creative out of BBDO, with Epy cutting the longform spot and Charlie cutting the shorter version.

Both spots feature Exxon scientist Tim Barckholtz as he explains Exxon’s efforts to utilize carbon capture in power plants, which would reduce CO2 emissions and produce more power. The videos feature Tim himself speaking as well as visual demonstrations of the process of converting this energy.
